Samtskhe-Javakheti Destination Management Organization takes part in group coaching sessions organized by the HICD Center of Excellence. The sessions aimed at optimizing business processes have been taking place in the region for six months now. The representatives of two other partner organizations – N(N)LE Akhaltsikhe Castle and Bakuriani Development Agency also participate in the sessions together with Samtskhe-Javakheti DMO.

The participating organizations presented the improved systems and discussed the achieved results at the meeting held in April.

As a result of coaching, the organizations optimized 14 main processes and piloted 2 selected processes. Improved consolidated procurement and budgeting models were introduced. As a result, organizations have adopted improved, streamlined and efficient processes.
